Top young photographer David Severn will be joining us at the Truth and Lies stage at Hockley Hustle on Sunday 19 October, 2014 at Suede Bar.
David will be operating a rapid portrait 'booth' throughout the day to capture Hockley Hustle stars and revellers throughout the day.
So if you want to look as fine as this fella, get their early, from 2pm to avoid disappointment.
His often witty and touching style has taken his photographs to places as far flung as Singapore and Derby and his talent has led to numerous awards including the Grand prize at Nottingham Castle Open and finalist for the prestigious Ideas Tap / Magnum Photos Awards.
David is a social documentary photographer and in just a few years of his professional career is shooting for top nationals such as the Financial Times and FT magazine. He is also a well known face on the Nottingham arts scene having worked with many of the artists and venues in the city.
We're tipping David for big things, because he's got talent and knows how to use a camera thats not on an I Phone. So if you want your photograph taking by by one of the best young photographers in the UK, get down to Truth and Lies stage early.
Everyone will be be photographed on a first come first served basis.
As well as images being posted throughout the day via social media, the final selection will be presented after the event on the Truth and Lies website.

A mix I put together for the 'Paa Joe & The Lion' feature documentary that I have been lucky enough to work on. Paa Joe is the greatest living Ghanaian Fantasy Coffin-maker hence the ghost, bones, gospel and general dreadness of this mix. This was to support the raising of the final money required to finish the film which was thankfully successful!
