The Invisible Orchestra (live)

 The Invisible Orchestra are an electrifying 32 piece funk, soul and jazz orchestra that sells out every gig that they do. For this one, they took over Nottingham's main Masonic building.

Truth & Lies redesigned the space and installed a dance room in the main Masonic Hall. With a curatorial approach inspired by Sun Ra we filled the room with otherworldly lighting and imagery and installed a bespoke sound system. We DJed a global funk set throughout the evening to a full dancing crowd.

We also curated the same space for their highly anticipated album launch in June 2016 - Grand Masonic Lodge, Nottingham.

Ex-Friendly and our mate Bensoundsystem also reworked one of the band’s best songs into an 11 minute odyssey and was released on Spirit Wrestlers in August 2019.
